I hand wrapped this lovely floral fabric around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with some fray for a great shabby chic texture. The pretty flowers on the basket are included for a nice accent. 100% cotton fabric and it shows on the inside of the basket too!
