Gorgeous Violet Tote Bag!
1 Artisan Quilted Batik Fabric Basket Measures:
8.5" High, 16"L X 8"W top
and 12" drop strap .......Handmade in USA!
I hand wrapped these wonderful batik fabrics around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with some fray. All of these lovely fabrics are high quality quilting fabrics and 100% cotton! I love the unique pattern. Great contrast! The beautiful flower on the basket is included for a nice accent.

I just love these beautiful batik fabrics, they all show on the inside of the basket too! Please see the picture with the ruler to help gauge the size of this lovely basket. These batik fabrics are hand made in Indonesia, using wax resist patterns, which is very labor intensive. The results are gorgeous and unique.
