Lovely Batik Basket!
I hand wrapped these wonderful blue batik fabrics around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with a little fray to add texture. Both lovely batik fabrics are high quality and 100% cotton and both show on the inside of this lovely basket too! The pretty wood button on the basket is included for a nice accent. Please see picture with the pen to help gauge the basket size.

These beautiful batik fabrics are hand made in Indonesia, using wax resist patterns,
which is very labor intensive. The results are gorgeous and unique.
I designed and created this unique basket in my smoke-free home studio.
The petal/bead props are not included.
