Lovely Teal Green Batik Basket!
I hand wrapped this rich teal green batik fabric around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with a little fray. It is a high quality 100% cotton batik fabric and it shows on the inside of this lovely bed too! I added a lovely purple batik base and a lighter batik top trim fabric for a nice accent. All 3 batik fabrics are 100% cotton. The pretty teal flower on the basket is included for a nice accent.
I just love this teal green batik, so rich! The pattern created is so unique! All 3 lovely batik fabrics were hand made in Indonesia, using wax resist patterns, which is very labor intensive. The results are gorgeous!
Measures: 5" High, 15" diameter widest, 12" diameter base

Hand washable on gentle, separately, with cold water, reform and air dry only.
Or spot clean.
