Lovely Country Blue Batik Fabrics!
I hand wrapped these wonderful batik fabrics around cotton line, which I then hand coiled and machine quilted to make it sturdy. I used the raw edge technique with some fray to add texture. All of these lovely batik fabrics are high quality and 100% cotton and all show on the inside of this gorgeous basket too! The pretty flower on the basket is included for a nice accent. Please see the picture with the pen to help gauge the basket size. If you prefer, I can remove the handle, just send me a note during check out.

These beautiful batik fabrics are hand made in Indonesia, using wax resist patterns, which is very labor intensive. The results are gorgeous and unique.
