I am in LOVE with these proofing baskets! They are cute, rustic and all natural. My Ancient Grain Sourdoughs never stick and the pattern left is very attractive and scores easily. The bead is a nice accent. I believe they wick moisture better than the rattan/cane bannetons. I loved the performance of my first round one so much that I immediately purchased an oval. They arrive quickly.

These baskets are fantastic! I bought two, kept one and gave the other one to my best friend for her birthday-she loved it!
